NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN BY THE GRANBY SANITATION DISTRICT

(THE “DISTRICT”) AS FOLLOWS:

·         The Board of Directors of the District is considering a proposal to modify its Fee Schedule. The new Fee Schedule shall become effective January 1, 2026 pending Board approval.

·         A copy of the proposal is available for inspection and copying at the District’s office during normal business hours of Monday through Thursday, 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.  The District’s office is located at 3943 County Road 57, Granby, Colorado. 

THE DISTRICT WILL CONDUCT A PUBLIC HEARING ON THIS PROPOSAL AT A REGULAR MEETING OF ITS BOARD OF DIRECTORS TO BE HELD ON WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 12, 2025 AT 7:00 P.M. AT THE DISTRICT’S OFFICE

 ALL PERSONS INTERESTED SHALL APPEAR AT SUCH TIME AND PLACE TO SPEAK AND ADVISE THE BOARD AS TO WHY THE PROPOSAL SHOULD OR SHOULD NOT BE IMPLEMENTED BY THE DISTRICT.

 NOTICE OF BUDGET

(Pursuant to 29-1-106, C.R.S.)

Notice is hereby given that a proposed budget has been submitted to the Granby Sanitation District Board of Directors for the ensuing year of 2026;  a copy of such proposed budget has been filed in the office of the Granby Sanitation District, 3493 Grand County Road 57, Granby, Colorado, where same is open for public inspection; such proposed budget will be considered at a regular meeting of the Board of Directors to be held at the Granby Sanitation District board room at the treatment plant at 3493 Grand County Road 57, Granby, Colorado, on Wednesday, November 12th, 2025, at 7:00 p.m.  Any interested elector of Granby Sanitation District may inspect the proposed budget and file or register any objections thereto at any time prior to the final adoption of the budget.
