Key Information:
- The new system will launch with the 1st Quarter 2026 billing cycle.
- Customers will receive detailed instructions and notices with their bill on how to set up an XpressBillPay account.
- Information and step-by-step setup guides will also be available on the District’s website.
- With XpressBillPay, customers will be able to make and schedule ACH payments, bank payments, and credit or debit card payments — including the option to set up automatic recurring payments for convenience.
- Customers will also have the option to sign up for paperless billing, receiving bills securely by email instead of by mail.
