Notice to Customers: Upcoming Transition to New Online Billing System in 2026

Granby Sanitation District is pleased to announce that beginning in 2026, we will be moving to a new and improved online billing system through XpressBillPay. This upgrade will provide customers with a more user-friendly, secure, and flexible way to view and pay their bills online.

Key Information:

• The new system will launch with the 1st Quarter 2026 billing cycle.
• Customers will receive detailed instructions and notices with their bill on how to set up an XpressBillPay account.
• Information and step-by-step setup guides will also be available on the District’s website.
• With XpressBillPay, customers will be able to make and schedule ACH payments, bank payments, and credit or debit card payments — including the option to set up automatic recurring payments for convenience.
• Customers will also have the option to sign up for paperless billing, receiving bills securely by email instead of by mail.
